Gareth Milne – Director and Legal Consultant
Gareth has more than 15 years in broad spectrum of the law including conveyancing, wills & probate and estate planning.
He also has a business management background and is responsible for business development within the organisation.
David Ford – Legal Associate
David comes from a commercial background with experience in both the pharmaceutical and financial industries as well as four years working in the field of law.
He brings a vast experience and knowledge to the team with a focus on business development.
Lesley-Ann Meager – Legal Consultant
Lesley-Ann has been working within the field of legal services since 2011 specialising in Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and Funeral Plans. Apart from office-based clients and home visits, she does group talks on her specialised subjects.
Lesley-Ann started her career in the financial industry in 1987; in particular the mortgage market and all related insurance products.
Lesley-Ann brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.
Sheila Bedwell – Consultant Solicitor
Sheila is solicitor with more than 20 years’ experience in practice, specialising in employment law as well as wills, probate and estate planning.
Prior to studying law she headed up a Human Resources team for a large National company so she has experience of both sides of employment law.
She is also a firm favourite among our older private clients as she is able to explain all aspects of the law in an easy-to-follow way.
Caitlin Harris – Legal Assistant/Trainee Solicitor
Caitlin has been working at Swansea Legal Solutions since February 2023 and is now a highly valued member of the team.
She has an Undergraduate Degree in Classical Civilisations and a Masters in Ancient Narrative Literature.
Caitlin also completed a Graduate Diploma in Law in 2020 and The SQE ( Solicitors Qualifying Exams ) 1 in 2022. She is planning to complete the SQE 2 in early 2024.
Raymond Milne – Consultant
Raymond is a litigation consultant who is a retired police officer with more than 30 years’ service in the Police Force. Ray has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the Department for Work & Pensions with over 10 years’ service in this field.
